Protecting Our International Youth Federation places special emphasis on women's economic empowerment as a cornerstone of societal progress. Our livelihood programs focus on creating sustainable opportunities that enable women to achieve financial independence and become agents of change in their communities. Through targeted skill development, entrepreneurship training, and mentorship support, POIYF helps women overcome barriers to economic participation. We provide specialized vocational training, business development services, and access to microfinance, empowering women to start their own enterprises or secure meaningful employment. Our holistic approach includes building confidence, leadership skills, and support networks that enable women to thrive professionally while inspiring future generations.
Youth Women Entrepreneurship Program
Our Youth Women Entrepreneurship Program empowers young women from underserved communities across India to become successful entrepreneurs. Through comprehensive training in business skills, financial literacy, and digital technology, we help participants develop the confidence and capabilities to start their own ventures. The program provides mentorship, seed funding support, and networking opportunities to transform innovative ideas into sustainable businesses. Our focus is on enabling women to overcome socio-economic barriers and become financially independent leaders in their communities.
Skills Development Initiative
Our comprehensive Skills Development Initiative focuses on equipping young women with market-relevant skills for the modern workforce. Through partnerships with industry leaders, we provide specialized training in high-demand sectors including digital marketing, IT, healthcare, and sustainable agriculture. The program combines technical education with soft skills development, English language training, and career counseling. We also facilitate job placements and apprenticeships to help participants transition successfully into meaningful employment opportunities.
Women's Leadership Academy
The Women's Leadership Academy is our flagship program designed to nurture the next generation of female leaders in India. Through intensive workshops, mentoring sessions, and hands-on projects, participants develop crucial leadership skills, strategic thinking, and confidence. The academy focuses on personal development, professional growth, and social impact. We create a supportive network of ambitious young women who can learn from each other while accessing opportunities for career advancement and community leadership roles.
